Roast Beef Sandwich
Ingredients:
Sliced Bread (you can use any kind you prefer).
Roast Beef slices (…but feel free to use turkey, ham or any deli meat you like)
Mozzarella cheese slices (…again, you can go with any cheese like swiss, cheddar, provolone etc)
Sliced tomatoes
Lettuce
Vegetable oil.
Method:
Brush one side of a slice of bread with oil and place on a hot pan. Then place a slice of cheese.
Now you can layer it however you like…here's how I had mine.
Then…
Next…add the lettuce and then another slice of bread (oiled part up).
When the bottom bread gets brown, flip the sandwich and toast the top too.
ENJOY!!!

1 Large green pepper
Chicken thighs (optional…cooked and fried)

Add the ground beef to a lightly oiled skillet and season with salt, curry, maggi and garlic. Fry till it's well done.
Add some vegetable oil to the dried tomatoes, season with spices and fry a little then add the ground beef and chopped carrots. Mix well.
Boil the pasta till it's al dente and then strain.
Add the pasta to the tomato/beef mix well.
If you have some meat stock add to the mix but if you don't have any meat stock, just add water.
Cook the pasta till it's well done and then add the green peppers and mix well.
ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!
