Delicious Fettuzini

Ingredients:
10 Tomatoes
3 Habanero peppers
1 Onion bulb
3 Large carrots
1 Large green pepper
Chicken thighs (optional…cooked and fried)
1 lb ground beef
2 Tablespoon Curry powder
1 Tablespoon Garlic powder
2 Bouillon cubes (Knorr cubes)
Salt to taste
2 packets of preferred pasta (I used fettucini)

Directions:
Blend the tomatoes, pepper and onions and put in a pot

Boil the tomatoes till it dries up and then set aside.

Add the ground beef to a lightly oiled skillet and season with salt, curry, maggi and garlic. Fry till it's well done.

Add some vegetable oil to the dried tomatoes, season with spices and fry a little then add the ground beef and chopped carrots. Mix well.

Boil the pasta till it's al dente and then strain.

Add the pasta to the tomato/beef mix well.

If you have some meat stock add to the mix but if you don't have any meat stock, just add water.

Cook the pasta till it's well done and then add the green peppers and mix well.

ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!
