Ingredients:
1 chicken breast (julienned)
Red onions (julienned)
Red and green bell peppers (julienned)
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves
Directions:
Season the chicken with oregano, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper.
Add some vegetable oil to a skillet and cook the chicken on high heat till the chicken is done.
Add the vegetables to the chicken and cook another 2 - 3 minutes. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve over some lettuce leaves and enjoy.
